I am not super pleased with medifast and want to switch to weight watchers. The center told me that I will not lose weight on ww because they will require me to. On 1300 cal a day. I average about 960 a day now and have lost 7 pounds in 20 days. Not a lot
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to say what the calories are on WW because it's based on protein and fiber and other factors. So one day you can eat 26 pts and be at 1100 calories and another you may make better choices and be 1200 or 1300. It's also very individual based on your point allowance. The weight loss can be slow when you don't have a lot to lose, but it's also doable and lets you eat out and still enjoy your life. Medifast works but it's not easy to stick too. Good luck whatever you do though.
