My sister and I planned our meals out for the entire week!
We (mostly she) prepped and even precooked some of them.

We also wrote them on a calendar so we can each know what to cook for that night.
234.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
