I just started the Flat Belly Diet as well as ensuring that I have at least 10,000 steps and 30 min of exercise a day. 7 weeks till Vegas and want to be at 135 if at all possible.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 March 2010:
1201 kcal Fat: 47.11g | Prot: 71.36g | Carb: 134.67g.   Breakfast: Water, unsalted sunflower seeds, applesauce, lactaid, cornflakes. Lunch: water, roma tomatoe, string cheese, deli turkey. Dinner: water, olive oil, red potatoes, green beans, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: unsalted sunflower seeds, lactaid, blueberries. more...
