i am getting caught up in the vortex. mr wonderful is around and driving me crazy....big sigh.... he's trying but his presence in my house is making me uncomfortable. my routine is upset. i started back to work...two things that are having a major impact and the struggle is clearly mine....what to do....i had a convo with him and he's clear om what i need him to do....and as for work....i just have to figure out that another shift may be what i need to transition to until i can get back in the groove.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
