So my friend convinced me to stop counting calories for a week (she thought I was a bit obsessed). Well with my weigh in this week I didn't lose or gain any so not sure how well that worked out for me, but I have decided to jump back in. It's so much easier to judge how your doing when you can seen what your eating and how much your exercising. So let's go woot woot...I have goals to meet.

Lost so far: 29.0 lb.
Still to go: 22.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
