Day two of the nutri system Get hungry between meals snakes and turbo shakes so I pour a bowl of cereal hope that is not cheating Haven't ridden since Friday which I am depressed about. Still Monday is 21 miles hammer fest with the boys gonna try to Ave 20+ Also Monday is B12 injection day so hopefully I will be able to keep up a good pace
