I have been letting myself "cheat" more than I should. I love cooking but when I have to eat out, it tough. Easter was my biggest cheat day but was planned on my part.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
