I guess I hit a plateau. I will be really carfull next week and exercise even more, will see if i helps.

I hit those a couple of times, just keep what you are doing and the weight will fall off again.

Maybe try to change things up a bit. Up the intensity of your exercise! Eat a little bit more protein! Sometimes little changes can help move the scale.

I seem to hit them about once a month or so. The good thing is that they GO AWAY!! lol Keep on keepin on and it will move next week!! You have a GREAT CHART!! :) Keep it up!

I'm fighting a plateau right now, too. They are soooooo frustrating!. But you know if we keep plugging away at it we will break through it! Don't give up and the numbers will change!
