It's the usual post Indulgence Day weigh in. 80 kgs is perfectly fine, though I'd have liked to be just a tiny bit lighter. Still, I'm satisfied. It's Sunday, and time won't be spent journaling today. I will be back tomorrow. Life is good!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 165.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Keld!! Did my first official indulgence day (planned that is!!) in quite a while yesterday. Am still amazed my scale can go up 5 lbs in just one day!!! I didn't even eat any birthday cake yesterday!! LOL!!! Enjoy your Sunday. I'm trying hard to be back on track today. Did indulge in some toast this morning but I think I'll make it!! Take care!!
