This is the start I needed, my after sickness bug weight is a half stone less than it was before I started, this is a whole 8 days after the thing started so I really shall have to try and take advantage of this. Fingers crossed.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
