Well, Today is Sunday and I am 228.8.

Yesterday Wife and I took a nice long bike ride in the beautiful weather we are having. She is having jet lag issues, so I wanted to get her outside in the sun. It did not work, she was up at 4AM today. This too shall pass.

I am noticing greatly increased stamina on my bike rides. I can go and go if I want to, not deciding I have to turn around because I am exhausted. I like exercising in the heat provided I have ample fluids, which is the reason for my huge camelbak. Although if you get caught far away and run out, it can get ugly quick.

We are getting ready to go to the mall and walk around. Maybe get a coffee, shop and get some lunch later. Just something to do to get out of the house today. We do need new end tables, and we may look at those.

I made some pretty amazing grilled chicken last night with marinade, thyme and rosemary. It came out really good. With some brown rice and roasted vegetables. I also grilled a few pieces of eggplant that would not fit in the toaster over. I was able to eat it, which is a good sign with eggplant. lol
