Welp weight is up a like half a pound. Not too worried because I know I had a couple awful days like that emergency room day this week that made me go way over my supposed daily intake. Hopefully on Monday morning, it will be back down since I have a pretty active weekend planned.

Update:
However I failed today. Between going out for dinner and having frozen yogurt...blah.
123.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
