Ceebee's Journal, 28 March 2010

Yoga class today, always great. I need to get ready for Easter. I have to decide what to make for Desserts next Sunday, figure out what to get for the kids baskets and all that jazz. I would have liked to see a bigger weight loss this week... maybe next week will be better.. I am happy that the scale went down.. I just was hopping to break out of the 20's and get into the teens. BUT every lb counts and each one down brings me closer to being out of the 200's Sadly I can not remember the last time I weighed under 200 lbs but on the bright side... I am very hopeful that that time will come around very soon.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One of the things I did was to set a smaller goal to start with. When I had my hysterectomy in September, I was over 250. When I saw the nutritionist last month, I was at 239.4 Today, I'm at 230 (so even though it's higher than I was this time last week, it's still trending down!) I set my goal for 200, fully intending to not stop there. I may hold there for a bit, make sure I can keep it off, maintain, or I may set it another 25 pounds lower, and keep pushing, and then another 25, and then another 25... if I ever make it to 125, I'll be at an ideal, super healthy weight (I'm 5'2"). But that's so far off, I can't see it from here. I have to focus on the achievable... and for me, now, that's 200. You've come so far already, and you'll get there. You will get below 200. Don't give up!
