Well-I didn't follow closely at all this week, but I did eat ok. I just failed to get in my olis, fruits/veggies, and milks. Other than that I ate pretty well-but those I beleive are the keys to success. I am pleased with what I lost tho. I think I am going to chk out the core plan-I need to find out exactly what I can eat. I need to pull out my packet of info I havent seen in months. I will be getting the brand new materials this week when we start a new at work session-I have heard its new and improved. Good luck to everyone!

I've gotten the newer materials, not all that much has changed, well that I've noticed. Get those fruits and veggies in!!! :) You're doing awesome on how much you've lost!
