Had about 36 carbs yesterday still hanging under 150 Ive noticed my muscles feel week in legs and forearms I might go to doctor and get electrolytes checked to make sure I'm not messing up something with this low carb diet 🤔
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
