I have been weighing myself everyday to monitor my progress but since I've been remaining pretty stable and there hasn't been any fluctuations I haven't reported until now. Sometimes it does feel tedious that my weight isn't budging but I just remind myself that at least its not going up and I need to cut myself some slack because of my current schedule I just can't find enough time to make it to the gym. That will change soon though once I'm on my permanent schedule because I'll have mornings free again which will give me more opportunities to get to the gym. Until then I'm just going to stay focused on maintaining what I've lost so far.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! You commented on my journal about eating more protein packed foods earlier. What sort of foods do you typically eat to do so? When I think protein I just pretty much just imagine meat and eggs. But I know there is a lot more. Thanks!
