Once again . .. really fantastic ... I noticed you are not tracking foods in your food journal ... in general, how many calories are you consuming daily? I am very interested in your progress ... i once was 184lbs ... but took me two years to get to 159ish ... and i think i should be 145 - 150 ... as quickly as you shed the weight, I am compelled to follow the same method! Good job!
