I did a challenge last week to do 30 minutes of cardio every day for the entire week. This week, I'm doing a challenge to post photos of everything I eat. I guess both of those have helped me get back to my normal weight. I also know that weight fluctuates, and since I'm in maintenance, it could easily go up another pound or so next time I weight. That's why I have a range.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get ready for some snarky inbox activity once you're posting photos. :-) One person lectured me that this isn't Instagram. LOL. Looking back through photos of (most of) what I've eaten is affirming in a way that just text logs is not; it reminds me that I really did ALL that work. Hadn't heard of a challenge involving this, but it's an approach worth exploring. Have fun!
