One pound this week: slow, but steady... I wish it were more, but I'm happy with the changes in my body; legs & arms firming, tummy shrinking, posture improving. All my clothes are loose, & smaller sizes from the back of my closet are getting that way, too. Went to Chico's & bought a nice pair of jeans & silk blouse. I'm going to a concert on the 21st; my new outfit will look great (if it's not too loose, lol).
172.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow go is better than no go! Keep going, it gets easier! For me, when I changed the verbal words "diet and exercise" to "nutrition and fitness" it made a huge impact on my overall view of my health. I read your post on the Solo Mission forum thread. I have a friend who isn't happy with my success either. All I can say is that misery loves company. She probably doesn't even know giving you chocolate is her way of sabotaging you. All I can say is let your actions speak louder than your words, and lead by example. She might come around. She might not. But don't get discouraged, and keep on keepin' on! Way to go!
