My lord people! I've gained 20 pounds in less then 3 months! is that even possible? lol I totally brought it on myself. my scale broke and apparently to me that meant eat everything in sight. sigh well I started low carb again a couple days ago and I'm already starting to feel better. So it's ok...I can totally do this...it will get easier :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
