ok, been through 4days of fat fast and feel ok, just my weight didn't go down as much as I would have liked, but thats ok I'll go back to induction and add more carbs in slowly. I guess I really should be exercising more just haven't found what is fun for me yet. Gee I'm 56 yrs old you would think I could have found SOMETHING that works!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
