Bippi's Journal, 11 April 2012

I gained a bit since last week. Considering the amount of holiday feasting, however, I'm not surprised. I'm determined to make this week a better week with my diet.
121.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
