Easter weekend! I did go up on the scale a bit, starting again today is good. Omlette and broccoli so far today. Did not eat yesterday, just picked at what I was cooking. So when everyone else ate, I had desert! 6 oz apple pie and 6 oz blueberry pie. OOPS!! but that was it. This morning started with right foot and did the 30 minutes of Jillian! Tomorrow looks the same. LOL
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
