So, I have been doing atkins for a little over 1 year. I have stayed the same weight, but I stopped losing. I have starting eating some "bad" foods, not all the time. My main problem is I can't stop drinking diet mt. dew. I have been drinking about 100 oz of it per day, so I am lucky I haven't gained the weight back. Today I am starting fresh, induction again to clean it all out.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
