Back from spring break... tired, I must have also been dehydrated which would explain the surprising weight loss (small but recording just for the sake of it). No hopes up, probably temporary. But I did run a tad this morning, after spending a whole day at the airports I was impressed by myself. That did not help with morning meetings, was late of course!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
