Aah - one week of vacation and all of my hard work is gone! I hope that at least part of this is water weight (or something else that will be easy to lose). I plan to kick things into high gear for the week to get back on track. I will work out every morning as well as doing yoga at night. When I can, I will also take the dog for a walk every day. I plan to basically follow the CarbLovers kick-off plan for the week, with some additional healthy calories.
