Monday, 08/28/17 Steps = 16,159

I was able to walk yesterday and again today. I will be forced to miss tomorrow and potentially several other days this coming week due to other obligations and visitors. I'll try my best to at least get in 10k per day, but I usually fall way short if I don't do my AM walk.

Moved my weigh-in day back to Tuesday so this is a six day weigh-in. I'm happy with the loss.
134.1 lb Lost so far: 62.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
