I have a new weight goal of 120lbs instead of 125 lbs due to needing to fit into my wedding dress this coming Thursday. Therefore, I have been on a diet since this past Wed.

I have 8 days in total to lose a few inches around my rib area in order to completely zip up my dress...darn wedding dresses run extremely small :-(

So, my diet is basically eating a majority of just fruits and vegetables,lots of big salads with vinagriette, green juices, apple cider vinegar drinks( 2 tablespoons mixed with eight ounces of water once or twice a day) and when I crave sweets I opt for healthy snacks like nut/fruit and nut bars named "KIND Plus", my favorite is the almond cashew with flax+ omega-3.

I have heard that getting extra omega-3's not only aids in weight loss, but have many added health benefits :-)

I have cut out all breaded foods, no chocolate(this has been hard)I have not drank a soda in years( they cause weight gain and diabetes, in my opinion they are an abomination altogether)I am avoiding eating out for these 8 days and my secret weapon for losing this extra weight/inches is going to be.....

*Exercising*** This is always helpful and I love to exercise, however, this week I am going to be putting myself into high gear( nothing too extreme) just 30 minutes extra per day. I also have turbo jam, and I am confident that this will get my fat circumference around my rib area down to the size I need it to be before the BIG day.

125.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
