Another Loss!

Walked again for 1 hour last night. Still nervous about not putting on any weight this weekend. Hopefully will keep losing.

Happy Friday and Easter.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
