BAH. First time monitoring food intake for a week (not really restricting that much) and so far I've lost 0.6lbs. The 1lb a week thing might not happen soon..

According to the scale:
124.6lbs
19.0% body fat - 23.67lbs of fat. I could afford to lose some of that.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
