Getting myself back on track. No excuses. Have to get into a routine and get it done and stay away from the fast food. I got an x box with kinect and Biggest Loser ultimate workout and Zumba rush to go along with it. Just need to get some resistance bands and a new Brita pitcher since my old one cracked and I'll be all set to burn some pounds :-)
184.6 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
