Yesterday I weighed the same thing as today (270) which may be attributable to the crackers I ate yesterday or it could just be something else. I'm keeping an eye on the carbs. Today I hope and am praying that God will keep me from eating any of the off-plan carbs. It feels really wonderful to have lost 4 pounds in three days. This might just be the key food plan for me. My own copy of "What makes us Fat, etc." came yesterday and I'm following the food plan in the back of the book, which includes 1 cup of certain veggies a day and 1-1/2 cup of leafy greens. No fruits, grains, beans, etc, but I can have all the bacon I want! I'm eating bacon today!!! It doesn't say anything about nuts in that food plan so I'm going to allow up to 1/2 cup of raw nuts a day and see how I do with that.
