My supper tonight. Boneless pork loin chop, sauteed in olive oil with Monterey Steak pepper; 1% lowfat cottage cheese; and veggies from my garden: pole beans, four tiny beets,and the beet greens, all microwaved together. And a sliced green Roma tomato cooked in the pan with the chop.

I made the mistake of making a blackberry sweet bread the day before yesterday with some blackberries i picked a few hundred yards down the road. I gave a quarter of it to my daughter and, unfortunately, between the time i made it and this morning, i ate the rest of it. :o( Amazingly, i weighed the least yet this morning, and had my lowest BMI since 2009 ~ 174.4 lbs and a BMI of 29.77. I'm sure, as it's done before, those snack calories will catch up with me, and i will have to work to get them off again, but right now, i'm feeling good!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
