Cheated twice - damn you NFL beer ritual!
Seemed to have hit a wall after making earlier progress @1500 Cal. Had two days/nights of Ultras (7-8) while watching high-calorie Cowboy football. Ate great Korean lettuce wrap stuff but overdid beers. 2 steps forward, a fumble and sack for 3 steps back.
Cutting back on breakfast calories (was 500 or so daily), now 200 max for week to check results. Also going for 1200 daily. No cheating days - must break through the 277 plateau. Too much sacrifice to see no gain, er, loss. Willing away 5 lbs by next Monday weight in.
Sticking with generic Hunter Gatherer Paleo micro-nutri balance with a slight lean to bigger protein.
