I haven't been poor at following my plan, but certainly could use major improvements.

I still LOVE to snack late at night before brushing my teeth and going to sleep. And I usually choose potato chips. This is silly, and it's not helping my weight loss. I know better than to eat potato chips, especially the amounts I eat (2-3 servings at a time, instead of 1). I'm going to portion out the chips I have left into Ziploc baggies, and am going to seek out alternatives to chips. There are crisps and crackers I like, which I also tend to eat less portion-wise than chips. This will be a good solution for me, I think.

On the plus, I have worked out the past three nights straight and will do so again tonight. I have increased the amount of weight I am lifting so am on a new rep "schedule." It feels good.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
