Whoo-ee! Finally moved through the 240 barrier - not a lot, but enough for me! I was beginning to get discouraged, but I'm SO on it now.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
