Went crazy Saturday night with hot dogs and bday cake. Back on track this week though. I will get there. jogeed over 15 miles last week and already have a 5k in the books for last night.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
