It is so Monday today. My allergies are kicking my butt, and I was going to stay home from work today, but I couldn't check my computer to make sure no one else took today off, so I have to work. I didn't do my workout because number one I am exhausted, and number two I feel horrible. Well, tomorrow is another day and I'm going to try to make myself at least get some sort of workout in then. Trying to keep my eating in check and make it through work are my goals for the day. Hoping to be in a better mood tomorrow.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
