I think the reason I gained a little last night is because I ate late and I really wasn't hungry last night I made this hamburger with green peppers and onions and cheese ... so I had to try it and some new maca damia nuts and had to try them ...I should have listened to my body telling me it wasn't hungry
153.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
