Whew, Just walked for an hour plus (3 miles). outside, and it is warming up! Weight is 232.6 today. I am bummed about it, but oh well. I will be back in 220's soon! I do have a goal of 220 by April 30. Should be do-able.

Yesterday had a good time with Zach. We went to see "Wrath of the Titans" at the mall in 3D. It was my 1st visit to the movies in well over 5 years, and my 1st time seeing 3D since the early 80's. It was nice. The cinema here is quite nice, and I did have a nutella and banana crepe. It was delicious! I had heard about all the nice treats at the movies here, and they do not disappoint, although I hear the popcorn sucks. We also had fuddruckers for lunch. I get a chicken sandwich with steamed veggies which aint too bad.

Last night I was stuffed so I just had some melon for a snack.

Funny how when I think of taking the kids out, it tends to focus on food. Even when I was a kid, when my dad took me out, it tended to be "Lets go eat", then maybe we did something else. It is so ingrained into our lifestyle. Now it actually bothers me. That and spending money, lets go shopping! We really need to learn to do something together that does not cost money, and does not revolve around eating. Inevitably what they want to eat, is not what I want/need to eat while on my journey. Alright, enough whining for today.

I cant think of what else to say without whining... lol

Moving back to Denmark from the US has really made me see this trend too. "Let's go eat" and "Let's go shopping" are not real options here. I kinda like it this way. In the US you can basically go pay and be entertained in one way or another. Living in a small town in Denmark, you have to create your entertainment. I play music. Wife does some really cool knitting. Daughter draws. It's no real cost, and none of it has calories. :)
