starting to really really hate my stupid body. how can i eat really well, exercise almost every day and not lose weight!!!!!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sounds like your body has just evened out... It's got used to your exercise level and your diet, you need a restart... You need to kick it up a level, the weather is changing so you'll have more chance to eat salad and do more out door exercise... Don't give up, and your body is AMAZING not stupid look at what you've archived all ready... x

Good one Tbag. Couldn't agree more. You half way to Target Sammy well done. Time to step up a gear. Revisit your diet and reduce the cal intake a bit and you will see results. It's a tough slow process but your half way there. Keep faith in yourself and go again. Best of luck.
