Well yesterday had about 1500 calories about 25 net carbs , I had more fats and have walked 3o minutes the past 2 days. I've been watching some successful u tubers on low carb diets and I m gonna try keeping my fat intake up more , that's one thing that's difficult for me It's hard to get away from that low fat mentality
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was so hard for me to switch mentality in the beginning, but when the weight started falling off and I did not feel hungry I learned to love my bacon real fast.
