Last day of transition and onto maintenance tomorrow!
152.2 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG, I miss CHEESE the absolute most :) I am kinda feeling freaked about maintenance part and being lost in what to include during increasing my calories, but at the same time I am excited!! I am going to start logging my foods on this site now to keep watch on the gradual increase so I don't do too much too soon!

I was really nervous, too! Just don't do ANY sugar or starch for the 1st 3 weeks. I started with breakfast of 1 egg, sausage and cheese....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yum! This is when i found fatsecret, so i could track the calories. You can do it, sweetheart! Enjoy!

Hi, You are doing awesome! I ate eggs for breakfast as well as breakfast sausages. You have to eat enough protein and some fat in the mornings or you will be hungry in the PM. Lunch would be 6 oz chicken breast on bed of salad and dinner grilled proteins or stirfrys. Stay clear from sugars and starches and you will do great. A note too on nuts and cheese - everyone's sensitivies are different. Mine are nuts for sure. Cheese is ok for me. Add one new food at a time so you know what is causing the gains or loss. Oh yes, you probably know this already - don't do anything lite or low fat..filled with hidden glutens and carbs. Half and half with coffee and also I continued the 2 apples per day. Kept me satiated. You will have lots of fun. :)

Thanks for the advise and support! I appreciate it and it helps to have a little direction. Tomorrow I will start out slowly - I bought some plain greek yogurt low in sugar and have red peppers and eggs and cheese lined up. Do you increase up to a certain number of calories, then the day after have more and so on? Like from 500 - 800, then to 1000 then to 1200? Or just add back in the food and watch your weight? On another note I just got back from my friends bachelorette party tonight....sadly I just drank water and hence why I am home early! I must add I passed on the food that was there too... chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels - maybe one day!!

yes, real chocolate is in the future, but not yet. you can have cocoa with stevia and coconut oil. There's recipes online. Yum!

Oh yes Mary, I have actually tried the cocunut delight from online...my friend made me a batch of em! I know that even in the future, chocolate should be on special occasion though! :) So far this morning my breakfast was delish!!! I know I can do this now!
