So yesterday it was kinda hard to keep up with cals on here. a lot of thing I ate weren't on here and I didnt have enough info to put it on here so I ate abt 1500 cals still. All good. I love having a good jump start on weight loss. Hopefully I can lose 1/4 lb a day. Lord knows I've prob been consuming abt 2500 cals a day for quite some time now so shouldn't be too hard. haha i really have to stop with these binges I go on. i need to keep in that 140 to 145 weight range.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
