I have not been on FS in a long time. I will do some checking in now. I finally hit 139 again. I hit it last week and then went up a pound, but am down again. I believe I will see lower this week too.

I went back to recording Weight Watcher points to make me more accountable. I never want to do that b/c I have lost weight fine on my own, but being that I have been stuck for so long now, I needed to do something else. It's going well and I actually stayed within the points for the whole week. I am recording again this week. I committed to myself to do it for 2 weeks. After that I will keep doing it if I am getting good results.

Nothing too exciting to report in the working out category as of late. I have been sick with a cold so that really slows me down and my son was sick from school for almost the whole week. Everyone is feeling better now though, although not totally back to completely healthy.

I plan to swim today but am not sure how that will go as I have very congested lungs still. I'll give it a whirl. Last week I went out and ran 3.2 miles (5K) around the neighborhood despite not feeling well and it wasn't really too hard so that is good. I am going to start working on my distances again now with the weather getting nicer. I am considering finding a half marathon for this spring or early summer still.

Well, hope you all are healthy and getting some spring weather your way. It sure is a nice change of pace on those warmer days!

Excellent weigh-in! Welcome back and hope you can stick around a while. 138 is the breakout number, you will be unstoppable then. ;-)
