Diet was followed food wise with the exception of one day at work. Instead of eating my lunch I had snapper and kale. I don't know how the fish was cooked nor do I know the dressing on the salad. I did not take the other elements of the salad as it did not fit well into my eating plan - higher carb vegetables. This was also the only day I felt hungry since starting the low carb way of eating. My weight loss also appeared to slow when I had coffee at work.

Time to reset - get rid of the coffee out of my routine again and stick to my plan even when work is having a shared lunch. I can eat my own lunch and just join in with them on a social level.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
