I'm not ready for this day to begin.... Yawn!
:-) I'm not scheduled to work until 9, but I'm going in at 7:30 to make up some of my hours from the emergency Tuesday. Mom is going back to the doc next week- she's still seeing the flashing lights and things that signal that her retina is still trying to detach. I hope they have a way to help, rather than "lets wait until it actually detaches- if you're rushed to the doc soon enough, we can reattach it."
Finally dropped a little bit of weight. Unfortunately, it's not really due to any great effort on my part, other than not cheating on the diet. I love bread, but it hates me and it completely stops my digestive system for a few days. We have the most delicious bagels catered in to work every Tuesday and I had not been resisting. I managed to stay out of the kitchen this week though!
Well, I've got half an hour to get ready, eat breakfast, and pack lunch. Hope Thursday is nice to everyone!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the weight loss, but sorry to hear that your mom isn't out of the woods yet with her eye problems. Best wishes, to her, for getting through this on a positive note. Hope your Thursday gets better. :-)

I hope your Mom gets better, that has to be horrible. It's got to be hard on you too, seeing her struggle. Good job on the weight loss. Hope the rest of your week goes better!
