I'm back to 52.2kg. Last two nights, I kinda lost self-control. I kept eating. I'm not sure if it's around that period every month. I remember I had mashed potato before I slept and I slept really late these days. I can't complain because it's my fault.

It's ok. I'll just start all over again.
115.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
