Body fat is now 26.6%, down 2.4% in 2 weeks. I'm now tied with the lowest body fat % since starting paleo / crossfit. Time to break thru! I see 25% in my near future!!! =)
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
