According to my Wii, I have finally reached a healthy BMI! I'm at the upper range, though, so I'm sticking to my goal. 23 lbs more to go!

I was starving tonight after hooping, so I treated myself to some late-night oatmeal. It brought me over my daily limit, but I still had a great day with my exercise.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you!! A healthy BMI is important, but I know how you feel about being in the upper range. I'm in the upper range too for my height and weight, and I want to see that number get lower. Good luck!!
